1. Service Agreement
Before beginning any project, we provide a detailed service agreement that includes:

2. Payment Terms & Currency
- All prices and payments are processed in USD ($).
- Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule in the service agreement.

3. Project Initiation & Delivery
- Work begins once the service agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
- Deliverables are completed according to the agreed-upon timeline.
- Depending on the nature of the project, services may include:

- Analytics and Reporting
If there are any delays, we will communicate them as soon as possible.
4. Revision Policy
- Clients are entitled to three (3) revisions per project.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial deliverables.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra fees.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be as fair as possible.
Cancellations:
- Clients may request a cancellation by contacting us at midwestdigitalninjas23@gmail.com.
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the client’s billing anniversary date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- If cancellation is requested before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Non-refundable deposits may apply based on the service agreement.
6. Legal & Export Restrictions
Midwest Digital Ninjas complies with applicable U.S. regulations. Our services are not available for businesses engaged in illegal or prohibited activities as defined by local, state, and federal laws.
